Home sites are available throughout the communities of Riss Lake, which include The Reserve, The Sanctuary and West Shore Estates. There are two homes just completed in The Reserve (our maintenance provided area). In addition, there is one home site remaining in The Reserve to bring your builder (with Developer approval) and build your dream. In West Shore Estates (our gated community), there is one remaining site on the lake—over 2 acres, for a large custom home—bring your custom builder! The Sanctuary consists of nineteen wooded, walkout or level home sites.
