Home sites are available throughout the communities of Riss Lake, which include The Reserve, The Sanctuary and West Shore Estates. There are two homes under construction in The Reserve (our maintenance provided area). In addition, there is one home site remaining in The Reserve to build your dream with Homes By Chris. In West Shore Estates (our gated community), there is one remaining site on the lake—over 2 acres, for a large custom home—bring your custom builder! The Sanctuary consists of nineteen wooded, walkout or level home sites.
Lot Reservations:
We are accepting lot reservations. You may request an appointment to secure your reservation, and we will do our best to accommodate your time.

To secure a lot reservation, a $1,000 check, payable to Don Julian Builders as a refundable deposit will be required.
